48-hour policy
At least 48 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Use the appointment reminders sent through the booking system to make changes inside that window.
Late cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations & no-shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
5-minute late policy
Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment. There's a strict 5-minute grace period — arriving later may mean the appointment is canceled and the cancellation fee applies.
These policies aren't meant to punish anyone — they protect my time, my business, and the clients who are waiting for appointments. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to them.

It's my first Brazilian. What should I expect?+
Totally normal to feel a little nervous. Donielle walks you through every step, works efficiently, and checks in with you throughout. Most first appointments take about [length of appointment]. Some discomfort is normal, and it often feels easier with regular visits.
How long should my hair be?+
Aim for about the length of a grain of rice (roughly 1/4 inch), which is usually 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving. Too long? We can trim it at your appointment.
How should I prepare?+
Gently exfoliate a day or two before, come with clean, dry skin, and skip lotions or oils on the area that day. Wearing comfy, loose clothing helps too. [Add any extra prep tips you recommend.]
What about aftercare?+
For the first 24–48 hours, avoid heat, heavy workouts, tight clothing, and swimming. Start gentle exfoliation after a few days. You'll get personalized aftercare tips before you leave. [Add your aftercare product recommendations.]
How do I book, and what's your cancellation policy?+
Book anytime online through Vagaro. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice — later than that is charged 50% of the service total, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%.
